In year 1991 was establish the company Spojprojekt -Telekomunikácie as the successor of the state company SPOJPROJEKT. The new company continues in the long term activities on the telecommunication`s market.

The new company changed his brand in year 1993 and took new name SPOJTEL Limited Company

In year 1998 the TELECOMPROJECT division of SPOJTEL became an independent company under the new name TELECOMPROJECT Limited Company
